OUR COMPASSIONATE TEACHERS
Marianna brings a sense of serious play to her classes, encouraging students to understand how their bodies do (and don’t) move. A fascination with biomechanics and the physical, as well as spiritual and emotional healing capacity of yoga has led her to continue advanced study in Ashaya yoga.
Caroline teaches a healthy alignment for overall ease and flow of energy through the body. Her joyful presence infuses her students with a joyous playfulness and her attention to individual needs celebrates the uniqueness of each student.
In 2015 Selva moved from China to the US and yoga became the only thing that remained from her old life. It helped her to release stress while adapting to Western culture. Yoga has taught her to be open minded and to know and love herself. She decided to become a yoga teacher in order to help more people to benefit from yoga and finished her 200-hour yoga teacher training program at Dallas Yoga Center and became a member of Yoga Alliance.
Mark Hernandez practices Acupuncture and Herbology, he graduated with a Masters of Science in Oriental Medicine from the Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin. He is licensed in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine by The State of Texas Medical Board (license # AC01388) and is a Diplomat of Oriental Medicine for the National Certification Commissions for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). He uses his knowledge in Traditional Chinese Medicine to preserve the old techniques, and help his patients with treatment and prevention of ailments through classic diagnosis and traditional methods.
