Beginner Yoga is a basic class for students who are new to Yoga or desire a more gentle yoga experiences. This class focuses on poses to stretch and strengthen the legs, back, and shoulders. Emphasis is given to the basic alignment and helping students become aware of their needs.
Mixed Level Yoga & Lunchtime Yoga offers students of all levels of experience a challenging and nurturing experience. The emphasis of this class is on refining and building endurance through good alignment, as well as learning more yoga poses.
Strengthen & Stretch Yoga focuses on increasing core and back strength, flexibility, along with fascia and muscle release in a slow-paced class incorporating breath work and longer holds to improve stamina. A variety of props such as balls, bands, and blocks help work deeply and safely. The class is ideal for students of all levels who are particularly tight or recovering from injuries
Vinyasa Yoga explores a variety of poses in a vinyasa style coordinating breath and movement. Build strength, flexibility, and body awareness in this mixed level class. Poses are adapted for different physical needs and issues.
Happiness Hour Yoga is a more laid-back 1-hour class accompanied by alternative soundtracks designed to release any stress you might have built up from your work and prepare you for a easeful and peaceful weekend. It is appropriate for all levels as sequences will be adapted for different abilities.
Restorative Yoga is a class of supported poses designed to help students relieve stress and find more peacefulness. Students of all levels, including beginners, will find this class delicious.
Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga is specifically designed to support and empower moms-to-be as well as new moms. The class will help to strengthen the uterus and pelvic muscles, enhance stamina, improve circulation, aid in digestion, promote relaxation and sleep, and increase overall comfort. Take time to nurture yourself and your baby in a peaceful, supportive environment with other women. New moms can bring their babies to class (6 weeks to before crawling). No prior yoga experience necessary; all levels invited.
Group Acupuncture & Meditation Have the best night’s sleep ever after this deep restorative meditation experience with acupuncture. You will zone out and relax on comfy bolsters and blankets to meditative music. This group class is not only the most affordable way to receive acupuncture, it is a powerful way to unwind and heal your body and mind. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. You will be guided on how to set up a deliciously comfortable restorative pose on bolsters and blankets. All props and mats are provided but you are welcome to bring your own. Open to anyone.
Date: Every 2nd Monday of the Month
COST: Single session: $40; Series of 3 sessions: $100 (Expires in 6 months)
Private Yoga Instruction: Our yoga teachers are available for private instruction and are happy to talk with you about options and cost. Private sessions can be for one person or a small group.
We are also available for corporate classes or special yoga events for your staff.
