$30 for one workshop                  $50 for both workshops

You will need to attend the first workshop if you wish to take the second one but you can choose to only take the first workshop.

Nature has designed the human skeleton to move fluidly, disruptions in this fluidity can lead to various problems in the body including back pain. In this class we will explore the causes and explore specific patterns that inhibit movement. Participants will learn to recognize their own patterns and find gentle poses that will shift their spine towards better mechanical movement. A take home practice will be included.

This class is for those with generalized back pain, not for students with acute disc pain, or anyone under the supervision of a doctor with their back pain,
